- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a device or accessory that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic or video evidence so we can arrange an immediate replacement or resolution.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened software items, activated digital accounts, items missing original factory seals, or products showing signs of physical damage or user misuse cannot be accepted for return.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus original shipping costs, once our tech team inspects and verifies the condition of the returned item.
